AQCode Medical Billing Coding and PQRI Module

AQCode consists of a web based viewer that takes scanned or imported images and routes them through the logging, coding, and demographics collection process. The system is batch driven, and the progress of the batches are able to be monitored in the workflow process. Additionally, individual batches can be viewed at the chart level, and the progress of each chart can be tracked.

At each stage, chart deficiencies can be noted and reports can be generated for follow up. Deficiencies that require physician input can be automatically e-mailed along with a link to the chart for the physicians review. Notes can be made and the chart can be re-introduced to the workflow for completion.

Charts that qualify for the PQRI bonus are automatically identified and the system prompts for appropriate PQRI data elements.

Once the charts are complete, a data file is created for import into your billing software. This can be customized to accommodate your specific billing software.
