Aquarius offers a low cost way to begin scanning with a
minimal investment. Just purchase an approved scanner and
sign up for one of our monthly Scan-Plans and your ready to
go. Our web based scanning software does not require you to
load any software...just sign in to our secure web site and your
ready to scan! Scan your batches and index them manually or
let us show you how to automate the indexing using bar-codes.
Once you complete a batch, the images and indexes are
transferred securely via an internet connection to our server
and available immediately via a standard web browser (with
security authorization). Each night your batches can be
processed using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and are
available for full text search. Each month (or week on our
high volume Scan Plans) you receive a CD or DVD of your
images complete with a free copy of the Aquarius viewing
software! You also earn credit toward purchasing any of our
In-House solutions.

Aquarius Internet Filing System was designed to be used by someone that is new to scanning documents. The simple, intuitive interface allows novice users to capture and transmit their work easily. An optional customized help video can be created explaining exactly how you would like the work organized and how to operate the specific scanner you recommend. Each completed batch is automatically queued to be sent securely via an internet connection to the Aquarius server for processing and storage. Access your files via a standard web browser.
