Aquarius ERM Enterprise Report Management
Get electronic reports without printing paper! Aquarius Enterprise Report Management Software is a product designed to automatically capture all your print-out reports before they are printed on paper!
All of your reports and other documents printed in-house at your facilities go through what is called a print-queue before they are actually printed, Aquarius ERM has the capability of "pulling them" from that queue before they even go to your printer, index them automatically based on their own content, store them and then make them immediately available through your network or the Internet!
Cost savings and conveniences are enormous! Imagine not having to print any more paper, eliminating the need to distribute it or store it!
Aquarius ERM was design to function as a stand-alone or as an integrated product with Aquarius DMS. It combines the strength of an industrial product with the ease of use characteristic of Aquarius DMS.

The ERM Viewer allows you to zoom, annotate, switch pages, change and browse through multiple reports, annotate and display reports with an image overlay or background, so you can post your pages as they look in paper. When printing, you can choose to print just your text or include your annotations or overlay. When handling report pages, Aquarius let's you post graphical annotations on any position on any of your pages or if you need it, you can post text annotations for the entire report.
Searching for reports in Aquarius is a breeze, you can get to your reports by report name, by pre-defined indexed data based on the content of your report and even "scan" your whole report by any text of any page!. Aquarius provides you with a hit list, so you can view and display the different reports or documents you are looking for.
Aquarius ERM fully integrates with Aquarius DMS, so you can have all your information, regardless of its source in one easy to use interface. You can even link reports to document applications, for example, get your aging report, rubber band an invoice number and with a click Aquarius gives you its corresponding image!
The Format Generator is for administrator's only, this is the module where Aquarius let's you create a template and choose parameters to process your reports. The Format Generator utilizes an easy to use, "Wizard Like" interface that let's you work and test your report formatting, it allows for up to 9 indexes, 3 of them pages indexes, 3 columnar and 3 text ones; it let's you make text references to data for indexing to improve capture, remove banner pages, assign overlays, and more.
The Monitor is a tool that makes the processing of reports automatic. It is a high-volume, high-power engine. Once you have a template to process all of your reports, all you have to do is run The Monitor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and every one of your reports will be automatically processed to be ready for you!
Aquarius has a Workflow module available. Routing, intelligent routing, distributed routing, expiration times, ticklers, redirecting, monitoring, reporting, etc. are handled through easy to use "drag and drop" graphical interface. The Workflow Wizard creates an Aquarius "script" that can be further modified to create more complex workflows or integrate with existing systems.
